My name is Claudia van der Nat and I'm your MyLifestyleHabits coach.
In 2018, I moved from The Netherlands to Dallas, Texas. I quickly realized that the American lifestyle was very different from what I was accustomed to. My workdays as a teacher were much longer, my daily life was more stressful and my sleep suffered. It became very convenient to grab a quick bite for lunch and on my way home from work. I was used to biking and walking everywhere, and now I found myself in my car all the time. I slowly lost sight of the fit and energized person I had been.
I realized I needed to make some changes in order to feel like myself again. I started making healthier choices, and I gained back my feeling of control and my confidence. It wasn't easy! I began to understand how much influence one's environment can have on their lifestyle.
I decided I wanted to learn more about nutrition and behavior change so that I could help other people who are struggling with the same lifestyle challenges. I earned my certifications in Nutrition, Sleep, Recovery and Stress Management. Over the past three years I have helped many people transform their lifestyle habits so that they can look and feel their best. I look forward to helping you thrive as well!
