Your MyLifestyleHabits Coach

 Hi, I’m Claudia van der Nat, founder of MyLifestyleHabits and your coach in building a healthier, more confident you.

In 2018, I moved from The Netherlands to Dallas, Texas. The transition was eye-opening—life here looked very different from what I was used to. My days as a teacher were long and stressful, my sleep took a hit, and convenience food became a daily habit. I went from biking and walking everywhere to spending hours in my car. Slowly, I lost sight of the fit and energized person I had always been.

At some point, I knew I had to make a change. Bit by bit, I started choosing healthier habits—reclaiming my energy, my confidence, and my sense of balance. It wasn’t easy, and that’s when I truly realized how much our environment shapes our lifestyle.

That experience inspired me to go deeper. I studied nutrition, behavior change, sleep, stress management, and earned my certification in personal training. Since then, I’ve helped many people build lasting lifestyle habits, find more energy, and feel at home in their bodies again.

My passion is helping busy people, just like you, discover that healthy living doesn’t have to mean restriction or overwhelm. With the right strategies, support, and consistency, you can create the lifestyle—and the body—you want.
